Gewinnerglück und Besitzerstolz

ENGLISH VERSION: Please scroll down up to the  "****************"

So schön! So hübsch verpackt! Hach.

Ein Päckchen für Miss Tiffy! So schön - und so schön verpackt! Das erste Stück der "Girls are weird"-Serie: "Welcome back"

Well, I guess Aurea doesn’t understand German. So I will try my best and also leave an English post here :-)
A few days ago I was the lucky one and won this wonderful piece of jewelery. The enchanting designer herself made a cute video about it – and YES, it was me and my name, that’s shown there!! After it made all the long way from Portugal to Germany, I got it today and I was so happy – I loved it! And I loved how it was packaged. And the nice necklace that was included…. Oh, I’m a lucky girl! I can’t decide how to wear or to use it – photos you can see above in the “German Section”.

For today I chose to wear it with the white pullover.

What I really love about handmade goods: every piece tells a story. If it is Etsy, Dawanda, a blog or Twitter – you have the chance to get to know something about the designer, get in contact and say “THANK YOU” personally (well, sort of personally). That makes every piece special – and that’s the big difference to an anonymous mass production piece of jewelery bought in a store.
This connection between buyer and designer is special for both sides – I also find  it very inspiring and appreciate it very much, if I get in contact with buyers of my stuff. I love to see, where the pieces got to or what they are intended to be used for.

If you want such special pieces too, go and have a look at Aurea Praga!

Oh – and  dear Aurea: You should have sent me some business cards or something like that with the package. I’m sure a lot of my friends will ask where I got this extraordinary jewelery from… but anyway, I will sent them to your shop, Sweety!
Thanks a lot & best wishes and love from Germany!
